Payment Options
Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST applicable in Australia.
We require a deposit of 20% of the tour price per person in order to hold space on any tour and availability is generally sold on a first come basis.
Full payment is required 60 days prior to departure. Full payment must be received by this date as Kuri Bay Sport Fishing reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled.
Payments can be made by cheque, money order or bank transfer.

Price of trip
If the group falls below the minimum passenger requirement, the tour is subject to cancellation or re-pricing.
Pricing does not include charges for alcohol, accident and baggage insurance, items of a personal nature and items not specifically listed as included.
Cancellation Policy
At the time we receive written notice that you must cancel your package, the following fees will be charged:
60 days or more before trip departure, loss of deposit.
30 to 59 days before departure 25% of trip cost .
7 to 29 days before departure date or no show 100% of trip cost.
We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance soon after booking your tour. In the event that you must cancel your package due to illness, family crisis or other emergency, this insurance reimburses you for non-refundable trip costs.
This insurance also provides for limited accident and baggage coverage. This is usually purchased through your travel agent.
Warranty disclaimer
No guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, are made that the package will meet all of the traveller’s expectations, specifically regarding weather or fishing conditions or productiveness.
Participation
The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain a person as a tour member for any reason which affects the operation of the tour or the rights and welfare or enjoyment of the other tour members.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
These terms and conditions are only accepted when Leveque Wilderness Fishing and Adventure Charters Wilderness receives the deposit.
Purchaser represents by tender of payment that these terms and conditions have been reviewed and accepted by the purchaser.
